Our client based in North Birmingham are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy team.

Job description

This role is based on expansion within the company and they offer excellent benefits including 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays


This role is on a temporary to permanent basis paying £ 7:83 per hour and when you are permanent the salary will be £15879



Duties include:

  • Taking a high volume of inbound calls from various clients

  • Processing orders and updating the in house database

  • Confirming card payments

  • Advising clients on different types of products

  • Liaising with internal and external customers and clients

    Successful candidates must have:

  • Previous experience working within a Customer Service / Call Centre role

  • Excellent communication skills – both oral and written

  • Strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload

    Hours of Work:


    Monday to Friday – 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

    1 week in every 8 weeks – 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm

    1 Saturday in 8 weeks – 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
