Based on expansion, our successful national client Birmingham is looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their expanding team.

Job description

This Regional Sales role is focused on identifying and winning new business.  There are huge opportunities for growth within the companies market and they are already leading the way in their industry.

 

This role offers a fantastic salary and OTE with excellent benefits.



Person

Duties will include: 

  • Identifying new leads

  • Canvassing new customers

  • Visiting new clients

  • Negotiating deals

  • Researching competitors, gaining leads and booking own appointments to gain new business

  • Targeting clients to win new business

  • Account Managing existing business and developing strong relationships

  • Building solid trusting relationships to maximise sales

    Skills required: 

  • Previous Business Development / Sales / Field Sales experience

  • Previous experience of working in a similar environment

  • Building strong relationships

  • Ability to over come objections

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong telephone manner and face to face customer facing skills

    Salary:

     

    £ 25,950 basic £ 35,000 OTE ( 1st year ) £ 43,000 ( 2nd year )
