Part Time Customer Service Executives - Kenilworth

Job description

We are currently recruiting for 10x Part Time Customer Service Advisor's based in Kenilworth on a 8 week temporary to permanent basis.

You must be a car owner / driver to get to the location.

Working hours:

Part time - Minimum of 4 days a week

8am - 12pm Shift / 4pm -8pm shift ( YOUR CHOICE ) 5 days.

Saturdays if required with a day of in the week.

You must be able to commit to 3 weeks full time training if successful


  • Answer and resolve customer enquiries through different communication channels and demonstrate ownership of any problems
  • Be chatty and friendly yet professional in your interactions with customers
  • Resolve customer's queries at the first point of contact, liaising with other departments to ensure resolution
  • Undertake operational activities relating to customer's accounts
  • Ensuring all interactions with customers are compliant with company regulations
  • Proactively review customer accounts when contacted, to identify and resolve problems and risk of future problems before they arise
  • Take ownership of complaints and follow company procedures
  • support the day to day operation of the company


  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent and straight forward communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Must hold a full UK drivers licence

SALARY: £17,000 - £19,000 pro rota
