Customer Service Administrator - Fradley - TTP

Job description

Our client based in Fradley are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

The role will be starting immediately.

Duties will consist of

·         Updating client information on internal systems

·         Processing data and ensuring information is correct

·         Calling customers to confirm work schedules

·         Offering a high level of customer service at all levels.

Hours of work : 40 per week

Salary £16400

The ideal candidate will have office based experience, PC literate and used to working in a fast paced environment.
