Summary

Our client is a company based in Birmingham are looking to recruit a Accounts Administrator to join their team

Job description

This role is initially for 6 Months and is to start immediately



Person

Duties to include:

 

  • Processing and entering invoices

  • Notifying relevant persons with any changes in payment terms

  • Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to resolve any issues on outstanding invoices

  • Ensuring all accounts are closed and updated by the 5th working day of following month

  • Completing Supplier Statement reconciliation and ensuring Supplier payments are raised accurately and on time

  • Completing Spreadsheet Reconciliations

     

     

    Skills and experience required:

     

  • Previous experience working within a similar role

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Computer Literate

  • Good Excel Knowledge

 

 

Salary:

 

£ 19,000 pro rata  

 

Working Hours:

 

37.5 hours .Monday – Friday – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
