The following steps are taken in the recruitment of each permanent and temporary applicant:

Interviewing
The interview gathers information regarding experience, training and career aspirations. Interviews are always on a one-to-one basis in a non threatening atmosphere in order to make the applicant feel as comfortable as possible and thus build a strong business relationship between our applicants and consultants.

Testing
Skills and abilities are measured via a unique testing system incorporating general arithmetic, spelling and grammar, mental ability and visual accuracy. In addition, we provide on-site testing facilities for specific job roles, for example audio and copy typing, data entry speed/accuracy, call centre skills testing and general computer literacy.

Reference checking
References are always taken up before a temporary is assigned to a client. References cover the last two permanent positions and any gaps in employment are covered with character references from a professional person.
