Job description

An exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in the UK at the forefront of a massive growth industry.

 

Based in Birmingham, as a Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the accounts held by Account Managers.

 

 

n  Client and partnership relationship management

n  Supporting Account Managers and Directors

n  Creating commercial proposals and quotations

n  Inputting data into the CRM system and maintaining currency

n  Processing orders and setting up projects

n  Handing all enquiries through to completion

n  Recognising up selling and cross selling opportunities

n  Collating information and producing accurate reports

n  Providing excellent customer service at all times

n  Maintaining service portfolio knowledge

n  Following up initial leads and setting up meetings for the external team

 

Other potential Duties:

 

n  Representing the business attending trade shows and other events.

n  Developing, building and maintaining strong relationships and alliances with colleagues, peers, associates, partners and other stakeholders.

n  Cold calling / Lead generation

Key Skills:

·     Previous / account management / sales experience essential

·     Excellent communication skills – both written and oral

·     Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

·     Must be able to drive

Hours of work:

 

Monday to Friday 

 

37.5 hours a week

 

Salary:

 

£ 20,000 basic - £ 40,000 OTE
