Due to business growth Hollyfield Personnel are recruiting for a Contact Centre Team Leader who can join them on a Temporary basis initially

Job description

Due to expansion the role has the ability to go permanent

Working hours are Monday - Friday 12 - 8 pm with Saturdays on a rotational basis ( 40 hours per week )

This client is offering an attractive team bonus paid monthly.

The role -

  • Maximising productivity of up to 20 staff
  • Ensuring staff are following the correct procedures
  • Giving staff direction in their day to day work and suggestions on how to improve
  • Motivating and managing staff on a day to day basis
  • Setting goals, targets and KPI’s
  • Assisting with the recruitment of staff
  • Evaluating performance by coaching and call listening
  • Completing general administrative tasks and reports

The person -

  • Experience gained as a Team Leader within an inbound or outbound contact centre
  • Readily available for work
  • Flexible on the hours worked
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Excel

Salary £23,000 - £25,000 DOE
