Job description

Our client, a successful and fast paced client is looking to recruit a Customer Support Specialist to join them on a 6 month contract initially.

The company are very much looking for employees who are passionate about delivering a service and results driven . Experience isn’t essential but attitude and passion for service delivery is.

Duties to include but are not limited to:

·Working in a fast paced customer service based environment

·Looking after a base of existing customers

·Proactively account managing client accounts

·Advising customers of promotions available to them

·Cross selling and up selling

·Updating internal systems

·Liaising with internal departments

Key Skills:

·Strong communication skills - both oral and written

·Strong IT skills

Working hours:

Monday – Friday

35 Hours per week between 8.00 am- 6.00 pm
